Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RepuFlow ("the Service") operated by RepuFlow ("us", "we", or "our") at getrepuflow.com.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
RepuFlow is a review management platform that allows businesses to monitor, respond to, and request customer reviews from platforms including Google. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for the contacts you upload and emails you send through the Service. You must have a legitimate business relationship with recipients and comply with applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and CASL). RepuFlow is not liable for misuse of the campaign feature.
The Service integrates with Google APIs. Your use of Google features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. RepuFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepuFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.
RepuFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
