Google Business Profile data: reviews, ratings, and location information accessed via Google API
Usage data: pages visited and features used within the platform

How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the RepuFlow review management service
To sync and display your Google Business reviews in your dashboard
To generate AI-powered reply suggestions for your reviews
To send alerts for negative reviews based on your preferences

Google API Data

RepuFlow uses Google OAuth 2.0 to access your Google Business Profile. We request access to read and respond to your business reviews. We do not share this data with third parties. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.

RepuFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@getrepuflow.com.

Third-Party Services

Google APIs — for Business Profile access
Anthropic Claude — for AI reply generation (review text is sent to Anthropic's API)

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@getrepuflow.com.
